Crematorium Pot

SUSS dig on Bradwell moor. It has been worked on and off for many years.
First started in 1939, it was put on ice while SUSS persude more promising digs. A brief spurt in the 70s lead to more ice and then 1995. More details...
The name? The farmer used to dump sheep down the hole. An attempt to dispose of the carcase involving petrol and a match was not succesful, but the name stuck.

Water Icicle

In 2002 some SUSS members started to look down Water Icicle cave.

Odin Mine

Old mineral mine located on the west side of Mam Tor in the obvious fissure at the end of the road. SK 133 834

Warning much of this old mine is in a dangerous state of collapse. The route that has been "P-Bolted" is reletavley safe, but a major collapse at the end of the route is indicative of the nature of the cave
This is a favourite place of Tim Webber's. Ignoring the warnings from the guide book he's been exploring the lower levels - those that are currently rough sketches in surveys.
His current low point is below these sketch surveys AND SCARES HIM STUPID
